Real extra virgin oil comes from olives that are picked early (in autumn) and pressed immediately so the oil stays fresh, delicious, and full of polyphenols and anti-oxidants (that healthy stuff that makes you live a long time).

How does it work?

In late spring, we open up early bird orders for the year. It’s first-come, first-served.
Don’t wait too long—the harvest is limited and sells out fast. -
Once the olives are picked, pressed, and packed (around the end of October / beginning of November), the oil gets shipped directly to Amsterdam.

We'll let you know when your oil is here. Swing by our pickup and tasting party (yes, it’s a thing - our members call it scarpetta day) and grab your 5liter cans.
If you can’t attend don’t worry, we will arrange a delivery to your door. -
Depending on how often you cook, one or two cans should last you 12 months. You’ll wonder how you ever lived without it.
